IT'S SILENT AUCTION TIME AGAIN!
Hi, I am Bill Murphy, treasurer of Cumberland County Master Gardener Association. I have the honor of hosting the Silent Auction at the Tennessee Extension Master Gardener State Conference.
The auction will be on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, April 5, 6, 7, 2018. The funds raised at the auction will be returned to Master Gardener Associations by UT in the form of mini-grants. The grants would be to support new and innovative service projects.
I NEED HELP
Please get donated items for the auction to MG members who will be attending the conference. We need ALL the items we can obtain to ensure a successful auction. Mater Gardeners, talk to your friends, neighbors and businesses that would be able to donate to our cause.
Please identify the item and description of what it is or how it used. Also, please place an estimated value of the item on the description sheet. Folks at the registration desk will help you get your items to the right place.
I'll be there anytime after 11:30 on Thursday or during registration times on Friday
Pick up for winning bids is at 3:30 on Saturday
